Grant Signing Ceremony

according to the “Ambulance Project for the Kyrgyz Republic”

March 1, 2019 (Friday) at 14:00 at the Embassy of Japan in the Kyrgyz Republic, the signing ceremony of the grant contract for the “Project for the provision of ambulances for the Kyrgyz Republic” was held as part of the Japanese Government’s grant program “Grass Roots and Human Security”. The grant contract was signed between the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the Kyrgyz Republic, Mr. Yoshihiro Yamamura, and the President of the Public Rescue in the Mountains Mr. Vladimir KOMISSAROV. Within the framework of the project “On the provision of ambulances for the Kyrgyz Republic” PF “Salvation in the mountains”, the Keminsky district center of family medicine and the Ak-Suy district center of family medicine will receive 4 units of ambulances with appropriate equipment for a total amount of 96,171 US dollars .
The grant program “Grass Roots and Human Security” has been implemented in the Kyrgyz Republic since 1996. It is aimed at solving the problem of basic human needs (Basic Human Needs) with the efforts of local authorities, primary health care institutions, primary education, non-governmental organizations, etc. During this time, 146 projects were implemented in Kyrgyzstan in the framework of this program for a total of 9 966 306 US dollars.
